Delivery and returns

Your Delivery

Dresses are made within 4-6 weeks after payment was revieved. Then dresses are delivered via a courier company with a tracking service and loss insurance.


Should you have to return the dress, the client will be liable for funds to post or courier it to us. After the matter is investigated, if the problem was found to be ours (The Maiden), we will rectify the problem and return the dress at our own expense. Should the fault be with the client, the client will be liable for labour as well as courier costs.
