-Late returns/ missed courier collections are charged R550 per day
-Dresses returned damaged will forfiet deposit
-Lost / Stolen dresses will forfeit deposit & theft charge opened with police
-No eating or drinking in rental dress
-No smoking in rental dress, if dress smells like smoke deposit will be forfeited
-No animal handling while wearing dress, animal hair on dress will forfeit deposit due to in depth cleaning
-For photoshoot use only, no events, if used for an event deposit will be forfeited
-If photoshoot falls on a weekend, your return date falls on the next working day
-Marks or stains will incur a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit
-If dress is used in water it needs to be 100% dry before packaged for courier, a wet dress dress received back will forfeit deposit due to deep cleaning to get the mold smell out
-The price is for renting the dress only
-The dress stays the property of The Maiden
